Marcasel Residence

It has been a pleasure working with the client to design the Scandinavian inspired modern home with pool house in Mar Vista. The design focuses on the organic nature of Nordic design. There is a great emphasis on privacy and indoor-outdoor experience. When it comes to the residence, simplicity and comfort are the driving force as one circulates through the home.

Rubens Residence

Rubens residence features a dynamic layout that includes five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to the outdoors, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and natural beauty. A cozy fireplace enhances the atmosphere, making it perfect for gatherings or serene moments alone. The heart of the home is the exquisite chef's kitchen, featuring a spacious center island, designed to foster memorable moments with loved ones. 

The property is enveloped in lush, private gardens, providing a secluded retreat for relaxation or entertainment. Outside, the expansive backyard is a minimalist oasis, ideal for peaceful outdoor living and dining. This residence is a testament to modern convenience all aimed at simplifying daily life where sustainability is key, with solar panels installed to offer an eco-friendly and cost-efficient energy solution. The design draws inspiration from modern Nordic aesthetics, blending organic elements with sleek elegance.

Mildred Residence

Mildred residence is a Scandinavian-inspired home designed by ReVe Partners. The architecturally designed home is focused on outdoor-indoor experience, privacy, & entertainment spaces. Additional features include an ADU, two zen gardens, solar panels, a chef’s kitchen, and a large two-car garage.

Greene Residence

Greene residence is our newest project in Del Rey. The design features continuity of form that accentuates the atmosphere within each area of this luxury home. There is a great emphasis on privacy and outdoor-indoor experience. Moreover, the selective use of apertures effectively captures light and cross breeze.
